Some programs offer extensions. Please contact the party you purchased your agreement from to determine if your program has this option

Do I have rental and towing coverage?

Your coverage depends on whether you have Towing and Road Service or Emergency Roadside Assistance. Please refer to the section of your Agreement, "What this Agreement Covers" to see if this is a benefit you have. If your agreement has a rental benefit, the daily limit and the maximum number of days are found on the Information Schedule on page one. To qualify for rental benefits, your claim must be authorized and the failure must be of a type that requires your vehicle to be kept overnight because the vehicle cannot be operated or it is unsafe to drive. If your claim is not authorized and you rent a car, you will be responsible for any rental charges you incur.

What are the terms of my agreement/when does it expire?

As a Repairer, how do I file a claim?

  • Enter Customer's Agreement Number or Vin and Last Name
  • Click Search Policy Now
  • Locate the Section Entitled, "Repair Facility Portal"
  • Select "Click Here to Begin!"
  • If this is your first time using the site, the click on the "Create New Account / User" Button. This will take you to a registration page to add your shops information.
  • If you already have an account log in and proceed with claim submission.

What are the claim procedures?

Authorization must be obtained prior to beginning any repairs. To obtain authorization, you must have a licensed repair facility determine the cause of the failure and the cost to make needed repairs. Have the repair facility initiate your claim at: www.mrclaims.net, with their diagnosis and repair estimate. Additionally, you must protect your vehicle from further damage. This may require you to obtain road service if the vehicle is unsafe to drive. If a Breakdown occurs, contact the Administrator for a referral to a preferred Repair Facility by visiting us at: www.mrclaims.net

  • Enter your Vehicle Make and Zip code
  • Click "Find a Certified Shop"
  • Select the location of your choice
  • Call the Repair Facility or
  • Click "Schedule Now" for an Appointment

Can I update my contact information on-line?

Yes, follow the steps below:

  • Enter Agreement Number and Your Last Name
  • Click Search Policy Now
  • Click "Update Your Information"
  • Enter your updated information in the appropriate fields
  • Click on Submit

Can I seek reimbursement for an unauthorized claim?

To submit an unauthorized claim for consideration, you will need to provide us with an original copy of the Repair Order and, if applicable, any rental or towing bill. To qualify for consideration, the Repair Order must show the following Information:

  • Your complaint,
  • The diagnosis of the cause of failure,
  • The cost of parts and labor for the repair
  • Your signature.
  • The Vehicle Identification Number
  • Mileage at the time of repair
